State Administrative Bishop
Bishop James Binion comes to New Mexico with nearly 30 years of pastoral and evangelistic experience. He has served on numerous State Boards with distinction in the State of Texas. His broad range of ministerial talents include pastor, evangelist, administrator, mentor, teacher, planner, and author.
Diann Binion currently serves the New Mexico/El Paso Church of God Region as Women's Ministry Director and State Treasury. She is an Ordained Minister with the Church of God and has a passion for ministry. She loves connecting with people and enjoys teaching, mentoring and developing ministry teams. She is a proud mother of 2 and grandmother of 5.

Bishop Samuel Mullins and Evangelist Crystal Hodge-Mullins have been serving as the pastors of New Beginnings COG in Carlsbad NM since Nov 2018. They are both the children of pastors from Church of God and Church of God in Christ. It is under the leadership of their parents where they learned and grew in the things of God. They also felt the calling of God on their lives from their teenage years while serving in their local churches
On March 11, 2000 they entered into holy Matrimony and have raised four children, Brian, Breanna, Brayle and Bryce. They have also welcomed a daughter-in-love, Annika, into their lives and are excited to be the grandparents of 2 granddaughters, Lyla & Isabella.
They are both Ordained in the church of God and continue to work for the kingdom of God in whatever capacity needed. They are excited, motived and honored to serve the New Mexico/ El Paso Region.
